The Praespero Group [Pronounced press-pero] is a 501(c)(3) 

nonprofit organization dedicated to building inclusive, family-centered environments that nurture growth, connection, and well-being. Based in Virginia, our mission is to reimagine how communities support children and families—bridging therapy, learning, and everyday life under one welcoming roof.

We believe that care should feel hopeful, not clinical. That’s why we design spaces and programs where families can access therapy, enrichment, and support in a setting that feels like a community town square—complete with areas for play, creativity, learning, and rest. Through partnerships with local providers, donors, and educators, we’re creating sustainable models of care that are both accessible and impactful.

Since our founding in 2019, Praespero has evolved from a small pediatric-focused initiative into a growing movement for family inclusion. Our projects have expanded from treatment-room makeovers to community hubs that bring together therapy, education, and social connection—all with the shared goal of helping families flourish.
